The Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board supports low-income middle school students with its College Bound Scholarship Program. Eligible students receive full tuition to a Washington State college or university.

This initiative prompted new collaborations with Children’s Home Society, Lutheran Community
Services, and the City of Seattle, aimed at providing training and opportunities to share the best practices to increase your effectiveness in working with Washington families.
